With two decades of experience under my belt, I am well-versed in alleviating your aches and pains and delivering a satisfying massage that continues to ease your body even after the session has ended. My expertise draws from a diverse set of modalities, including Swedish massage, sports massage, myofascial release, CranioSacral therapy, trigger point therapy, and structural bodywork.

I find it incredibly fulfilling to meet with such wonderful clients who are eagerly anticipating a massage from me. To create a calming environment, I offer my clients serene music and an opportunity to temporarily escape from their daily lives. Helping people feel better is a source of pride and joy for me.
