Vic N Sons Plumbing

After expressing interest in helping me with my plumbing issues, Vic N Sons provided me with a positive review and a high consultancy fee, leading me to believe that their services were top-notch. However, I quickly realized that this was not the case. The first red flag arose when they requested payment in cash instead of through the app, and the second when they spent only 2 minutes in my bathroom during their consultation. Despite my concerns, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to pay $250 for the job. After spending only 30 minutes in my bathroom, they accepted $270 in cash and promptly left. However, within 5 minutes of their departure, my toilet began overflowing and flooding the rest of my house. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, Vic N Sons have not responded and I am now left searching for a new plumber. In summary, I strongly advise against hiring these scam artists.

The person was extremely amicable and provided a thorough explanation that helped me grasp the situation with ease.
