Norland and his crew exceeded my expectations. The irrigation system installed by the previous owners was of poor quality and always malfunctioned. However, Norlan managed to repair and enhance the system, going an extra mile. Moreover, he did an outstanding job of improving the appearance of my raised bed and ensured all my plants received an adequate amount of water. For upcoming landscape designs, I will undoubtedly consider hiring his services again.
