We scheduled an appointment for today at noon a week ago. This morning, he requested to come a few hours earlier through text, but unfortunately, we couldn't accommodate his request. He accepted this graciously. However, noon has come and gone, and I've reached out to him numerous times via text and CrackerJack, but haven't received a response. It's now been over an hour since our scheduled appointment, and we're anxious because we've entrusted him with our home. Ghosting us like this is a significant concern, and it raises a red flag.
