My name is Yvonne, and I am based in Los Angeles, CA. Hablo Español as well. With 12 years of pianist training, I specialize in classical, popular/contemporary, as well as church music. I offer private piano lessons and vocal coaching.

My approach to teaching emphasizes on developing healthy techniques, enhancing sight-reading ability, and honing musical expression. Once the foundation is set, I create tailored repertoire for each student based on their interests and goals.

For approximately a month, I have been receiving instruction from Yvonne and have found her services to be quite satisfactory. I find her syllabus to be particularly appealing, however, she also extends beyond the curriculum in each lesson. This is an indication of her dedication and interest in helping me achieve my goals, which I find quite admirable. I have gained a considerable amount of knowledge in the short span of time we've had together. Without hesitation, I would suggest her piano lessons to anyone who wishes to learn.

Yvonne exhibits responsiveness and exceptional organization skills, along with a profound passion in tutoring individuals on playing the piano and reading music. It is worth mentioning that she does not solely focus on the former during her sessions, which is highly commendable, given that we, as clients, are investing financially. Yvonne's warm and encouraging disposition, coupled with her proficiency in handling kids, makes her an excellent tutor for my 12-year-old and 8-year-old children.
