Upon making contact with this company, I provided them with pictures to establish expectations for my move. Despite my explicit inquiry regarding the appropriate truck size, they ultimately dispatched a small box truck which was incapable of accommodating my fully furnished 3 bedroom residence. The representative with whom I had spoken earlier had deliberately misled me in this regard. When I subsequently requested a larger vehicle, the representative advised that it would entail a higher hourly rate, to which I agreed. However, the representative then abruptly terminated the call. As a result, my husband wasted a day off from work, and I must seek out an alternative firm. I strongly advise against utilizing the services of this company.
