Shanco Heating & Air is an excellent company that we highly recommend! We called to set up an appointment and were delighted when they called 30 minutes before arriving. Our experienced service technician, Dustin, was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He identified and fixed the source of the noise coming from our air conditioner, and he also performed preventive maintenance on our furnace, thermostat (which needed new batteries), and vent cover. He even installed a new filter for us! We appreciate the importance of preventive maintenance, and we're glad we didn't let the issue go on any longer. We will definitely use Shanco Heating & Air for all of our air/heating needs in the future.
