During the middle of the night, we were awakened by suspicious sounds emanating from our attic. Our natural response was to contact Critter One of Houston, who promptly sent Jake to conduct an inspection of our attic. As it turned out, rats had penetrated our home. Jake and Zach expertly installed traps and sealed our dwelling. Since then, no further rat infestations have occurred.
