After submitting a request to install a ceiling fan and repair a non-heating tankless hot water tank, Eric promptly responded and arrived at my residence the next day. He expertly hung the ceiling fan and assessed the tankless unit, but unfortunately, we required spare parts to complete the repair. During his visit, we also inquired about other repairs needed in our home, and Eric provided valuable advice on the right materials to use when we decide to move forward with those projects.
