Demand Restoration

The day before Easter, I required flooring in my new house before my furniture arrived on Tuesday. Immediately, Robert contacted me upon receiving my request and on Easter morning, Dennis arrived to collect measurements and flooring from Menards. The team was prepared to begin working first thing Monday morning, completing the task and cleaning up by the end of the day. My floors look excellent and match the existing laminate so perfectly that one cannot discern between the two differently timed installations. I highly endorse them for their fair pricing and commendable work.

The workers in the professional group were friendly. Although the overall project could have been neater, it was not a big deal considering the cost.

This company is not a reliable choice for your project. Despite having multiple conversations with Robert and inviting him to view my project at home, my experience with them was disappointing. We agreed on a price and scheduled the contractor's arrival at my home to begin the project. However, the contractor acted oddly, constantly leaving and coming back, and being on the phone. He even brought up another job he had nearby that he needed to handle. Soon after, Robert informed me via text of an extra $500 charge for sanding my stairs, even though I had already mentioned it several times in our discussions and sent screenshots to prove it. Though I reluctantly agreed to the cost to avoid further setbacks, the contractor left for his "other job" and Robert informed me later that they would not continue with my project. This shady conduct left me with a terrible opinion of the company. It was fortunate that I didn't pay them anything, or I would have had more complications.

Their value proposition was superior, and the entire process went seamlessly from start to finish. I intend to engage them for future projects as well. I can already discern that my heating system is running less frequently.

In preparation for winter, we contacted a couple of contractors to obtain extra Attic Insulation. Surprisingly, only First Responders arrived and they fulfilled all of their promises at a fair cost.
