We had scheduled a service call for 11 am today but the service provider did not show up. They allege that they had called to confirm the appointment, but we did not receive any such call from them. Upon request for a screenshot of their call history indicating that they had dialed our number, they were unable to produce any evidence.

Our sinks were both clogged, so I reached out on Sunday and he promptly arrived on Monday morning to fix them. The service was incredibly efficient and impressive. I would highly recommend him with a perfect score of 10/10.

The faulty garbage disposal was swapped out and the line was unclogged. The quality of their work was superb, and a warranty was even offered. I am extremely satisfied with their prompt completion of the job, their punctuality, and their high level of professionalism. I will definitely contact them again for any future needs.
