Our business is family-owned and situated locally in Naples. Herb boasts more than three decades of experience as a carpet cleaner in the area, and Shannon gained his expertise in carpet, tile, grout and upholstery cleaning while working for a large firm.

After a friend stayed with me, the spare bedroom had a persistent stench that no solution could resolve. Seeking solutions, I contacted Magic Want, and Shannon provided a professional-grade machine, effectively eliminating the odor. I should have called him sooner, as his price is great, and he takes pride in his work. Additionally, Shannon is a very pleasant person to interact with.

My carpet and tile were taken care of professionally and efficiently by Shannon and Herb. They did an exceptional job, with the grout looking phenomenal. The carpet on the path to the lanai was in particularly poor condition, but it now looks fantastic.
Their pricing was very reasonable which is always a bonus. I will, without a doubt, be utilizing their services again, and would highly suggest them to others.
