We hired Noa with the assumption that he could read blueprints correctly and would perform the work as hired. It's important to verify if Noa will remove dirt after digging as we had to hire someone else to remove it after concrete was poured, which damaged our newly poured slab. During framing, we discovered that Noa did not pour the columns correctly which should have been raised to prevent water damage. We attempted to meet with Noa to clarify the placement of rods but he never showed up, resulting in added costs for our stucco contractor to fix the issue. Furthermore, the concrete slab was supposed to connect with our existing foundation, but it was far from that which resulted in a step in our flooring. Despite reaching out to Noa over a month ago, we've heard no response or commitment to correct the issues.
