My search for a handyman is over! Freehold Enterprise's William installed 2 air conditioners in my home's windows with ease and professionalism. The project involves a full bathroom remodel, including removing a small closet partition, by gutting it to studs. The planned additional tasks entail installing a hot water heater and natural gas plumbing for a gas dryer. Additionally, hardwired smoke/CO detectors will be placed on each floor. The unplanned additional responsibilities include structural assessment, installation of a header to carry the weight of free hanging rafters from a previous remodel, and the upgrading of the mainline for the plumbing system. The team performed small on the spot repairs for free, like fixing several stuck doors, assistance in removing a dishwasher, and installing or repairing second bathroom hardware. Bill and his crew from Freehold Enterprises are highly commendable for completing a high-end bathroom project at a reasonable price while ensuring safe and efficient service. The team was insured and courteous throughout the project. Bill was upfront and honestly ethical in his approach, living by the motto of "Make it Right" and "Just like I'd do it in my own house." The communication was consistent, even updating me through emails with photos while I was on vacation. Freehold displayed excellent cleanliness and concern for non-work areas. They even made sure that any cosmetic damage caused during their work was fixed. After a detailed phone survey of the project, Bill impressed us with his knowledge and willingness to work within our requirements and budget. His quote was itemized, and we went with him after comparing other estimates. Bill offered full design control, and the end result did not disappoint, especially with his gorgeous tile design and color pallet. Even though there were additional tasks, Bill handled them seamlessly, and the bathroom is now our home's centerpiece.
