Upon moving into our new home, it became apparent that the cleaning service promised was not executed, and to add to the disappointment, a strong smoke smell was present stemming from the previous owner being a heavy smoker. Thankfully, after conducting a search, we were able to book Everything Spotless on Friday morning. The owner, Ashley, was prompt in responding to us, and we arranged for her to come on Sunday. Ashley exceeded our expectations, successfully removing the smoke smell after offering advice and leaving a product for future use. In addition, she went above and beyond by steaming the hardwood floors, eliminating all the grease residue from the stove and sorting out items on the counters, as we are still in the process of moving.
