My powder room wallpaper installation was excellently handled by Eliana and her husband. They skillfully overcame the obstacles of a challenging product, delivering a final result that exceeded my expectations. I will definitely engage Eliana's company for all my future wallpaper projects!

The kitchen requires additional cleaning, particularly the inside of the microwave, front of the refrigerator, and other areas that were missed. It would have been preferable to have been informed that the person assigned did not speak any English at all, given that this was my initial experience with the company.

I made the mistake of assuming that she worked alone and rescheduled the appointment unnecessarily. It turned out that she works with her husband and could have come at the originally scheduled time. I had to find a house sitter for my home as I had a late event. I wish she had informed me earlier that a male presence (me, a 70 year old) would not be an issue until my return (as a 66 year old). I was surprised when she charged me extra for wallpapering inside the windows, as I always do this and had intended to give her a $50 tip anyway. She tried to discourage me from what I wanted, but I reminded her that I had hired her precisely because I couldn't do it myself at my age. She did an outstanding job, with a beautiful pattern that I am pleased with. My husband is disappointed that I didn't hire her to work on the lower level as well.

Working with Eliana to prepare my apartment for the next tenants was a breeze, and she ensured everything was move-out ready. I highly recommend her services.

I am extremely pleased with the outcome. The work conducted was highly professional, and the responsiveness to messages was top-notch. Additionally, the service was available earlier than initially planned. I would highly recommend and consider rehiring in the future.
