The day of the move proved to be just as stressful as expected. Despite this, Dimitri offered to compensate for the lost time caused by traffic and a long route. As for the items that were left behind and not loaded onto the truck, I failed to properly check and communicate this to Dimitri. Nonetheless, I appreciate his efforts to rectify the situation after the move. If only I had called him right away, he could have likely sent someone to retrieve the items - although not on the same day as they finished late. On a positive note, all of our belongings arrived in the same condition as when they left our house. The movers were skilled in their trade, ensuring that furniture was reassembled in its original state and placed where we wanted it. Not to mention, they were swift during the loading and unloading process.

Initially, I anticipated an outstanding experience with Easy Relocation due to their excellent customer service, punctual movers, and adherence to the contract within the specified three-hour minimum timeframe. However, I was charged for four hours upfront, and despite my attempts to resolve the matter through email, I received no response regarding a refund or clarification. Fortunately, Pro eventually contacted me, explaining the delay due to a holiday weekend, and offered a complete refund for the additional hour. Thank you, Easy Relocation, for resolving the issue.

Our piano and other bulky items were moved across town flawlessly by them. We received great service with timely completion and a reasonable cost. I highly recommend their services.
