On January 22nd, 2021, I received my first dose of the COVID vaccine followed by the second shot two weeks later. I also received my booster shot on December 15th, 2021. To schedule appointments, I add them to my calendar once I have your address.With 20 years of expertise in hanging equipment and repairing/installing air conditioning and refrigeration systems, I am also well-versed in the associated plumbing and electrical work that comes with it. I can also easily install items such as TVs, ceiling fans, and chandeliers. However, ceilings higher than 14' are beyond my scope. Plumbing or electric work, including the installation of toilets and hot water heaters, are part of my skill set. I welcome tough jobs and never give up, always striving to complete each task as if it were in my own home.
Typically, my workday begins at 5:30am, and I am available to answer phone calls and messages until 6:30pm. After that, I will respond the following morning.

What an incredible encounter! The person arrived promptly and conducted a very comprehensive review. I required assistance installing a fan, which was executed with perfection. I had a concern about an outdoor outlet that I believed was not placed correctly, but discovered that my hot tub was tripping due to the plug rather than the outlet. The individual double-checked everything and took their time. They were exceptionally knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and utilize their services again.

At the agreed time, Milton arrived at my home - I was delighted that he was punctual as this is one of my pet peeves. I explained to him that my ceiling fan had been mysteriously turning on and it was beginning to spook me. Without delay, Milton immediately began troubleshooting the issue and discovered the problem. I was overjoyed as this fan had been disturbing my sleep on numerous occasions. In addition, Milton demonstrated that the remote had a dimming feature for the light. I regret not hiring him earlier for the installation, which would have saved me from a headache.
