The individual who was supposed to provide handyman services initially quoted a price of $45 per hour, but later called to inform me that he would charge $90 per hour instead. Additionally, he refused to accept payment through CrackerJack, which resulted in me having to contact them to obtain a refund after I had already sent payment.

I requested their services to replace 2 toilet seats & 2 sink stoppers, and they promptly came over. Their communication throughout was commendable as they responded to emails and calls swiftly. Furthermore, they even arrived earlier than scheduled. They carried out the required tasks effectively and with a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend their services.

This is an exceptional individual who not only listens attentively but also fulfills the tasks he committed to doing.
