Before contacting us, please read the following information:

- Pricing: We offer both a flat rate and hourly pricing. Please have a budget in mind when requesting a quote.
- Please note that we are charged for every inquiry through the CrackerJack App.
- If you have any questions or are not quite ready to book, please contact us directly through email or text on our website.
- For all projects, please provide photos and videos with as much detail as possible to ensure we can allocate the appropriate amount of time and staff for your needs.
- We accept many types of payment methods, but please be aware that there may be a transaction fee for non-Zelle transactions, and full payment is required.
- Pets are welcome, but please keep them away from common areas during tasks.

Please note that fees listed on the app are only base prices, and a custom quote will be provided for your specific project.

We provide personal and business errand and concierge services. Whether you need help with home organizing, document and gift delivery, prescription or laundry pick-up and drop-off, or executive assistant tasks, we can assist you. If you don't see a service listed, simply ask us!

For personal errand services, let us help relieve some of the stress that comes with juggling work, family, and personal needs. For business errand services, hiring new staff may not be feasible, so let us be the solution. Just call, text or email us to let us know how we can make your day run smoother.
