I received outstanding service from the team at CrackerJack. They offered me multiple ways to address my green water issue and proceeded to install a UV filter while also cleaning my pond without harming any of the fish. They even gave me helpful tips for maintaining my pond. To top it off, they followed up after the job to ensure everything was functioning properly. As a result, my pond is thriving more than ever before!

Choosing JP Lawns and Ponds for this job was a wonderful decision. The pond was overrun with dense algae and waste and hadn't received any maintenance for several, if not many, years. Nevertheless, JR did a fantastic job of thoroughly cleaning it out and making it appear brand new. I was astounded by his efforts. Our 4,500 gallon pond was expertly cleaned by JP Lawns and Ponds, who did a remarkable job. Prior to the cleaning, they communicated well about the scheduled date and sent reminders. The work was carried out with great speed and efficiency, with all debris cleared up and removed. Recommendations for future cleaning were given, alongside an assessment of our kois' general condition. Our pond will continue to be cared for by this company for all services, and we are happy to have found them.

Though our water feature issues are yet to be resolved, JR has been nothing but wonderful throughout the entire process.
