My carpets were impeccably cleaned by Palmer and Palmer! Despite the fact that we have three pets in the house, two cats and a dog, and many stains and spots dotted the house, Palmer and Palmer rose to the occasion. Furthermore, since the carpets had not been cleaned for two years, they did an excellent job revitalizing them, salvaging their appearance! They were also very courteous and professional. I am eager to use their services again, and I wholeheartedly recommend them! Thank you very much!

My carpet underwent cleaning in two distinct sections and the outcome was marvelous! It dried within 24 hours time while all the dirty spots and marks from frequent traffic disappeared without a trace. Shawna performed brilliantly! Her friendly personality coupled with her unparalleled expertise made her the perfect candidate for the task.
