With over 20 years of experience as a 1st and 2nd grade teacher, my specialty lies in early literacy. I have undergone LTRS training and Science of Reading through CDE, among other courses that I enjoy incorporating to help bolster the confidence of struggling readers. In addition, I have experience tutoring students spanning across all age groups.

My reading and writing confidence flourished under the guidance of Mrs. Hamilton. Previously, I felt uneasy reading aloud and self-conscious about my writing. However, with her support, I have overcome these obstacles and even my teachers have recognized the progress.
