After contacting them through the app, a response was received within just ten minutes. We had a leak, which I suspected had a connection with the radon pipe due to its position above our kitchen. On Monday, they arrived and concluded that the boots around the pipe had been installed incorrectly. They provided a reasonable quote, and in just three days, they returned to fix the boots and some tiles around them while keeping true to their initial quote.
