Over 14 years ago, I began my journey in the field of immigration law as an attorney. Since then, I have acquired a wealth of experience in handling intricate corporate and individual employment-related immigration cases across diverse sectors. I have also dealt with a plethora of immigrant and non-immigrant visa issues, namely E-1/E-2, O-1, AOS, H-1Bs, EB-2 category Adjustment of Status.My specialization includes Physician and Tech H-1B petitions, I-140 petitions, and PERMs, which I have been handling successfully for years. More importantly, I have helped clients navigate through various concerns like the Compliance with Employee Recruitment regulations, LCA compliance, Ability to Pay issues, Prevailing Wage compliance, Cap issues, and Consular Processing.
My experience in serving clients from the Tech, Healthcare, and Entertainment industries in various employment-related immigration issues is extensive. Beyond these services, I also offer my expertise in J-1 waiver petitions for Physicians under the Conrad 30 program and those from the Department of Health and Human Services. Through the years, I have successfully prepared J-1 waiver petitions in different states, such as California, New Mexico, Wisconsin, Washington, Montana, Michigan, and Illinois.

I am thoroughly delighted with the service I received from Path. Despite being ridiculed by other places, Path welcomed me with open arms. After creating a meme about CNN that sparked controversy weeks ago, I attempted to sue myself for defamation. However, CNN's actions in blackballing me from other job opportunities motivated me to utilize the prosecution to cover this month's rent. Thanks to Path, I emerged victorious in the lawsuit.
