If you're looking to request a roof repair, be cautious when working with this particular company. While they may initially agree to bid the repair, they might instead send you a bid for a complete re-roofing – something you may not actually need – and then cut off communication. If you're in need of a simple repair, it might be best to seek assistance from a different provider.
