A couple of concerns were bothering me, so I decided to contact Olshan. Shortly after, Matthew M arrived and offered me some helpful advice. He inspected my foundation and reassured me everything was alright. I was pleased to learn there was no fee for the service.

Our experience with Olshan was wonderful. I had a few concerns and requested someone to visit. Spencer arrived punctually, even before the scheduled time. We walked around the exterior and interior of my house, and he attentively showed me the areas of concern. Spencer explained everything in detail and reassured me that there was no need for foundation repair at this point. He also demonstrated what to keep an eye out for to ascertain when a repair might be necessary. Moreover, we discussed some preventative measures to maintain the foundation in good condition. Overall, I gained a wealth of information and peace of mind.

Sam is not an aggressive salesman who pressures you to sign paperwork hastily. Instead, he meticulously examined and assessed our home, and explained the evolution of foundation repair from its origins to the present day.
