My passion lies in assisting individuals in creating a sense of equilibrium within their energy system through the practice of reiki, yoga, and mindfulness. Having worked as a nurse for numerous years, I have come to acknowledge that Western medicine does not encompass the entirety of healing. Achieving balance in our energetic makeup is a vital piece of the puzzle when it comes to our overall health, happiness, and wholeness.

Although I am not a licensed massage therapist, I do specialize in light touch and trigger therapy. I offer practical methods on how to heighten one's awareness of their energy system to attain equilibrium. I prioritize individualized attention and actively listen to each client's needs to cultivate a sense of commitment toward holistic development.
