The individual is inefficient in communicating. Although he promised to visit personally and assess the work, he failed to do so. Moreover, when asked about his availability, he never replied. We engaged him 24 months ago to perform mulching services, but it seems like he has little regard for punctuality and professionalism. It's unfortunate, but we'll move on.
