Due to a misinterpretation of the operation of the CrackerJack application, I was unable to collaborate with Appliance Rescue Rangers. When our ice-maker in our GE french door refrigerator broke, I contacted Appliance Rescue Rangers for repairs. They immediately responded, and Dimitri arrived within a few hours to assess the issue. After ordering a part to fix the blockage, he returned as soon as it arrived a couple of days later. Although he replaced the part, it turned out that the valve was still completely frozen and couldn't be repaired. Despite his extensive efforts in heating the section and dismantling the ice-maker, he concluded that it was beyond repair, which apparently is a common issue in french door ice-makers. If we want to fix it, we will have to defrost it for a few days. Nonetheless, they refunded my deposit for the part, and apologized for not being able to fix the appliance. They were very professional and responsive, providing excellent value and care. I will definitely be reaching out to them again in the future for appliance repairs. Thank you!

Managed to fix the fan swiftly! Although the device may require replacement, the assistance and responsiveness exhibited were greatly appreciated, and a complete repair was therefore avoided.
