About
In response to the current Coronavirus situation, I am offering an increased amount of Personal Training and Nutrition services via video platforms like FaceTime and Facebook Messenger. However, I understand that some clients still prefer in-home services. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Nutritionist, I provide all necessary equipment for in-home training, so clients don't have to worry about purchasing or transporting anything. For video sessions, clients can either use their own equipment or opt for bodyweight exercises that are a great alternative for strength training without putting extra pressure on joints. I customize workout routines for each client, taking into account their individual needs and modifying them as necessary to avoid aggravating previous injuries or conditions. My clientele ranges from all ages and fitness levels, including those seeking weight loss, strength training, mobility maintenance, military PT test preparation, injury rehabilitation, and more. I also offer outdoor training, if requested. Additionally, I provide weekly workouts and healthy recipes to all clients, regardless of how often we meet. If preferred, or for convenience during inclement weather, I offer training through video platforms like FaceTime or Facebook Messenger.

Victoria is absolutely fantastic! She's been aiding my daughters in achieving fitness goals post-quarantine and before returning to school.
