Our appraiser, Damon, exhibited promptness, respect towards our tenants, and meticulousness in his inquiries and investigations. We are expecting our appraisal report in a week's time. He inquired whether we had any particular requests regarding the timing of the delivery, however we responded that his usual mode of delivery would suffice.
