I have spent more than two decades motivating and impacting the lives of women by encouraging them to live genuinely and integrating healthier practices into their routines. I act as a role model for my clients, as I prioritize healthy habits such as nutritious eating, daily exercise, mindfulness, and living intentionally, all of which contribute to my overall well-being. I inspire and assist my clients in developing these same healthy mindsets and behaviors. My approach to wellness is all-encompassing, reflecting my credentials as a qualified strength trainer, stress reduction expert, and meditation teacher. I am committed to a comprehensive wellness regimen and do not endorse any quick-fix solutions or products. I provide my clients with genuine and honest support, with an emphasis on authenticity, integrity, and professionalism.

Having Tanya as my life coach was a pleasure. Although not severe enough to require medical attention, I was in a dark place and needed the guidance of a life coach. Tanya stepped in and taught me the art of meditation and the importance of taking time for myself. She also helped me to understand better nutritional practices. In a mere 8 hours, Coach Tanya Cain left a profound impact on my life. Initially, I sought out her services to address my sugar addiction, however, I unearthed the emotional aspect of my dependency. Moreover, I gained valuable insight on how to reduce my dependence on sugar, salt, and processed foods. One of her most noteworthy attributes is her approachable demeanor. Working with Coach Tanya was an absolute pleasure due to her professionalism and friendly demeanour. She is highly knowledgeable and passionate about teaching individuals how to incorporate mindfulness into their day-to-day lives. In addition, she is patient and enthusiastic about sharing her expertise with anyone who is keen to learn. Overall, I found her meditation sessions to be thoroughly enjoyable.
