I contacted Roscoe in regards to getting a new roof. He was quick to respond and provided a wealth of information professionally and pleasantly. He even visited my home to assess the roof and take pictures after promising to do so. While seeking out roofing companies last year, I found that only a couple actually provided service in person, but decided to hold off after passing inspection. However, despite having passed, it was difficult to renew insurance or avoid high premiums, so I returned to seeking out roofers this year. Roscoe was prompt in his responses and kept lines of communication open for questions, providing a fair estimate for the job. I had planned on using his company until recalling that my father had worked with another company in the past. Wanting to honor my father's wishes, I decided not to use Roscoe's service. This particular contractor appears to lack transparency. Multiple individuals claiming to be associated with the company contacted me, yet none could provide any details concerning my project. When a representative was sent to my home, I discovered after an hour of wandering on my roof that he had no knowledge of mobile homes. A shocking estimate arrived five days later, with an exorbitant price tag. These actions suggest the contractor may be engaging in fraudulent practices, preying on unsuspecting customers.
