Our screened in porch presented a challenging issue that required some ingenuity. The previous homeowner had constructed a faulty roof and enclosure, resulting in water and snow buildup and an unsightly gap between the porch and actual roof. The screen frames also needed replacing, a detailed task. We contacted numerous contractors, receiving quotes in the tens of thousands of dollars until Vladimire offered a practical, budget-friendly solution. He and his brother not only executed a visually pleasing and functionally efficient redesign but also maintained excellent communication, professionalism, and fair pricing. We felt safe and respected working with them and plan to hire them again for future projects.

Vladimir and Freddy, skilled rough and finish carpenters from KMD, were terrific. Despite the many challenges posed by the gut renovation project and new build extension they worked on, we worked together to find solutions.
