I would give this company zero stars if I could. Their customer service and communication are both terrible. Despite explaining what I needed via CrackerJack, text message, and phone, they failed to confirm what time they were coming and did not provide an answer about the price. When they arrived, they took off my deadbolt key pad instead of installing the door handle. The owner admitted to not fully listening to me when I explained what I needed done. When I became upset, he refused to put the deadbolt back on. Fortunately, one of the workers felt sympathy and helped fix the lock. I strongly advise against booking from this company. The owner is unprofessional, irresponsible, and unwilling to correct his mistakes.

This business is highly recommended for their impressive responsiveness to my calls and questions. They even went the extra mile by working overtime to ensure that the job was done right.
