The quoted price for laying the tile was not satisfactory to them, and they informed me of this just 30 minutes before their scheduled return to finish the job. During our conversation, Kathy frequently interrupted me and stated that I had unreasonable expectations. Upon requesting the return of our supplies, she assured me that they would bring them back along with the leftover debris. Unfortunately, they had used all of our supplies and had even taken some with them. Moreover, they carelessly left cigarette butts on our property and caused damage to our walls and carpet by getting mortar on them. Although there are more issues that I could mention, I believe it is best to move on and hire someone who is capable of completing the job as promised.
