After making a call, I was informed that their representative would arrive at 9am. They arrived slightly after the designated time and successfully uncovered the source of the leak, which was beneath my house. Following that, I was given a quote and the repair was taken care of, ultimately, I was pleased with the level of service provided. I was informed by the representative that in the case of a house with a PVC pipe, they usually utilize either CPCV or PEX for re-piping. I declined the offer for re-piping, He was courteous throughout the process and even displayed to me the broken pipe. Overall, I am content with the service that was delivered.
