Craig is a polite and subdued individual who is busy developing his business. He informed me of the issue with my ceiling fan and resolved it promptly. When I requested a second task of reattaching the plunger in the bathroom sink, he was able to fix it just as quickly as the previous task. I was satisfied with the reasonable price charged.
