One of the most terrible experiences of my life was dealing with this lawn/moving company that contacted me through an app. The individual claimed to be able to transport my mattresses and sectional from two different locations. However, I was shocked when he arrived using a utility trailer to pick up a king size mattress set and a 3 piece sectional with pillows. The delivery of my furniture took forever, and when I inquired about it, he sent an image of his business insurance policy, raising alarm bells. He revealed that my sectional had been damaged on its way to my house, claiming that a cushion had fallen off the trailer, onto the highway and was run over. When I finally saw my $1500 sectional on Saturday, 11.13.21, I was livid. He blamed the wind and assured me that his insurance would cover the damages, but I would never let him or his company touch anything in my possession again. Included are images of the damaged sectional that arrived at my house.

He is an excellent man who puts in a tremendous effort. He is extremely detail-oriented and performs his duties with great proficiency!
