Despite contacting three other plumbers, none were able to complete the job as they claimed that a new style water heater wouldn't fit. Shockingly, one of them even recommended a fix costing $5,000. However, Preston managed to complete the job within a few hours and charged me less than $2,000. Needless to say, I was greatly impressed by his professionalism, style, attitude, and workmanship.
