Dawn was an exceptional photographer who exceeded all my expectations. Not only was she professional, but she was also honest and kind-hearted. She demonstrated great flexibility when working around my children's schedules and made the entire process a breeze. Right from the start, Dawn was highly responsive, prompt and accommodating. Even when we had to schedule our appointment last minute, she still managed to arrive early to the shoot. Despite my children's initial reluctance to take photos, Dawn was able to put them at ease and make them feel comfortable in no time. In fact, my daughter has social anxiety and was starting to feel overwhelmed, but Dawn was patient, empathetic, and took her time to listen and connect with her. By the end of the session, my daughter was so comfortable with her that she even requested Dawn to return in a year to take her graduation photos. I can't express enough gratitude for how wonderful Dawn was with our entire family. Not only was she a great person, but the pictures turned out fantastic too.
