Huge appreciation to North Point Radon! We needed to redo our radon mitigation to proceed with framing the basement, and they did an exceptional job. The pressure from the pump had increased from 1.1 to 1.25. They detected and repaired all the leaks and left everything clean and tidy for the contractor to start framing. The sealing is perfect, with no visible foam chunks, as evident from the pressure reading. They are efficient, affordable, and reliable. We plan to retest the basement next week after completing framing. I highly recommend North Point Radon for all your radon-related needs, including testing and mitigation.
