Despite the fact that the original picture I provided her with was severely damaged to the point where other vendors declined the job, the quality of her work was exceptional. Additionally, the cost was very reasonable, and I was anticipating it to be much more expensive. Furthermore, she completed the task efficiently within a few days.

I cannot praise working with Sara Hertel enough as it was an entirely positive experience—something I rarely say! Preferring to write reviews of dissatisfaction, I reached out to Sara regarding the editing of over two hundred WWI era letter and photo images for a book. Sara is a remarkable professional who successfully digitized a century's worth of family photos and portrait shots. We presented her with a dozen shoe boxes filled with the pictures and, within a week, received them back beautifully organised. Moreover, in just one to two weeks, we collected the zThumb-drive containing five to six copies, including those for our kids. This entire process was carried out seamlessly via drop off, phone, email, and text, making it ideal for COVID-19.
In every aspect, Sara proved to be a delight to work with. She was friendly, thoughtful, professional, knowledgeable, capable, and highly organised, exceeding all of our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend her without hesitation. We couldn't be happier with the outstanding results, which I would rate a perfect ten.

Sara proved to be a true gem. Unfortunately, our photographer backed out mere days before our wedding day.
