Unlike most contractors who don't partake in the actual work, Charlie was involved in tasks such as framing, plumbing, electrical, flooring, and trim work, which allowed us to pass inspections more smoothly. The entire project was completed within 6 months, a satisfactory timeline. Even today, three years later, the house has maintained its position as the most beautiful on the street, both in terms of interior and exterior.
