She was expected to meet me for an estimate but failed to show up. Despite being texted to inquire if she was running late, no response was received from her end. Such behavior is unacceptable as it needlessly wastes other people's time.

The best team around is Jesse and her crew. They have come to my residence twice already and I am incredibly impressed with their thoroughness and efficiency. It's as if my shower door has been enchanted because of how spotless it is now. (I don't even recall it being that clean when we initially moved in.)
