I absolutely adore the deck; it's incredibly responsive and commenced and completed ahead of schedule.

We had a wonderful experience with Iron River who built us a fantastic 15'x18' deck with a landing (8 footings) that exceeded our expectations. We were impressed with the responsiveness of our project manager during the early stages who quickly finalized revisions to match our preferences while also including a warranty on their labor. Their comprehensive "bid folder" made it easy to compare their bid to others. The only downside was the slow start to our project as we had limited communication during the waiting period of almost 2 months due to weather conditions. While we were initially told we would be 3 weeks out once Iron River's season started, we would have appreciated more updates during that time. Despite this, the project proceeded smoothly once work began, and we were appreciative of the quick completion time even with the rainy days. We do wish there was more communication throughout the process, but overall, we had a great experience. We highly recommend Iron River for deck building and possibly even internal home renovations.

Right from our first encounter with Randy until the final completion of our deck, everything went according to what we were promised. We were kept in the loop at all times with timely updates, eliminating any sense of uncertainty. Kudos on a job well done!

Our sales representative, Randy, provided us with a comprehensive explanation of the entire process. He shared valuable ideas and invested a considerable amount of time during the initial visit to ensure that all of our questions were answered, and we were clear on our next steps. He provided us with a detailed, written estimate promptly and took the time to personally review it with us to ensure our understanding. As they were busy at the time, we experienced some delays before our project could commence, but Randy kept us informed, and we were aware of the timing throughout the wait. We were highly impressed with the workmanship and professionalism displayed by the crew during the project. They were a friendly, pleasant team to have working around our residence. We did face a challenge when the incorrect color composite decking material was delivered, but fortunately, we discovered the mistake before installation. Randy promptly replaced the material so that the job could proceed without further delay. It is reassuring when issues are addressed quickly and professionally to eliminate them as problems. Overall, we are delighted with our beautiful new deck and will undoubtedly call on Iron River Construction and Randy for our future projects.
