With a love for cooking since youth, I prioritize high-quality ingredients, including garden-fresh herbs and vegetables, and meticulous attention to detail. My first-class catering team is available for events ranging from intimate dinner parties, bridal and baby showers, and holiday gatherings to large-scale corporate events and up to 300-person celebrations for the FBI. Growing up in the kitchen with my grandmothers, I honed my skills through formal training at Arizona Culinary Institute and completed a 5-month internship with the Colorado Rockies Baseball Organization. Carly led a five-day experience for a substantial group, and her approach was both convenient and personalized, earning appreciation from all. Her menu contained a broad range of options, pleasing the diverse group, and her salads were exceptional. Carly was amazing! We enlisted her services for a bachelorette bash, and she crafted a mouth-watering taco and elote bar that easily satisfied 10 people. To top it off, she wowed us with her molten lava chocolate cakes, which were a real crowd-pleaser! We couldn't stop raving about how scrumptious everything tasted throughout the trip.
