Hello, my name is Chance Stewart. Originally from North Dakota, I relocated to California in pursuit of my dream to own a tile business. Shortly after my move, my business took off and I was fortunate enough to work on unique projects for some wonderful clients. As my experience grew, so did my ambitions. It became clear to me that expanding my services to include other trades was the next step in my journey.In January of 2022, my family and I moved to Texas with the hope of immersing ourselves in the wonderful community here. My primary goal is to provide high-quality home improvements for local Texans, both indoors and outdoors. Moreover, I specialize in RV interior renovations for those who prefer a more minimalist or on-the-go lifestyle. I take great pride in my work and I am excited to partner with you in your projects.

Our bathroom underwent a remarkable transformation with Chance's outstanding work in remodeling. He efficiently handled the plumbing, sheetrock installation and texturing, electrical work, and cabinet creation. Moreover, his incredible skills in tiling and finishing resulted in a beautiful bathroom with perfectly trimmed edging. Previously, the bathroom was unsightly and inconvenient, but Chance's expertise turned it into an elegantly designed space with practical use.

Regrettably, I did not have the opportunity to collaborate with Chance as I mistakenly employed another contractor who provided a terrible encounter. However, Chance demonstrated exceptional character by extending a hand to me on a Sunday evening, despite my rejection, to offer me support and counsel on how to navigate through the situation. I am inclined to seek Chance's services ahead of all other contractors in the future due to his professionalism and evident integrity. In my view, Chance appears to be a genuinely good person.

Modern Nomad Construction was hired by my husband and me for our kitchen and master bathroom remodel project. Chance did a superb job on the back splash in our kitchen. He is an expert in his field and operates with a high level of professionalism. His attention to detail is remarkable and he works tirelessly to achieve perfection. Throughout the project, he kept the work area clean and tidy. We were so satisfied with the quality of his work on our kitchen that we requested him to redo our floors and screen porch.
