They responded to my CrackerJack request promptly, albeit with a relatively steep estimate which I agreed to. They pruned, trimmed, and cleared overgrown shrubs while also washing my deck. Their job execution was satisfactory, despite their later-than-anticipated arrival and subsequent need to hurry. On the whole, I am pleased with their work, though I now feel that the cost was excessive given that they were on-site for only 90 minutes.

Johnny displayed great professionalism and courtesy throughout my experience with his team. Their work on both my front lawn and backyard was exceptional. Despite having a team of 3 to 4 workers, Johnny's fair pricing made the service even more satisfying. I will be sure to keep his contact information on hand for all future projects.

Due to a sudden family emergency, my usual lawn care provider was unavailable. In preparation for the upcoming weekend, I urgently needed to find someone to mow my lawn, so that my children and I could use the pool. I contacted a new provider, who had promised to call me back with an estimate before arriving the next day at 10 am to mow my yard. However, he failed to call me after our initial conversation and the next day, he requested a time window of 10 am to 1 pm, which reduced our pool time. At 12:43 pm, I had to ask for his estimated time of arrival, and he claimed that his trailer was not working properly, so he required a few more hours. After arriving at 3 pm, he quoted $200 to mow my front and back lawn, which was exorbitant, given that my usual gardener only charges $150 per month for four visits. The lawn care provider claimed that the grass was too high, even though I had sent him pictures ahead of time. I was appalled by his quote and asked him to leave. He tried to bargain with me, offering to mow the lawn for $40, citing the long distance and his fear of receiving a negative review. However, I refused, considering his unreasonable and inconsistent behavior, which caused me to waste my entire day. Therefore, I do not recommend hiring him. I'm grateful that they were accessible for a very last-minute task. Their quickness and the final appearance of my front and backyard have left me content.

I highly recommend their services. Their response time was very fast, their price was great, and their work was excellent.
